• Both DSLR and Mobile photographs are allowed. But there will be no separate judging procedure for the two separate devices. We believe the content of the photograph matters, not the device.
• Submission of photos awarded previously in any other exhibition/Contest is strongly discouraged
• Each submission will primarily be judged. Participants will not have to pay any submission fees.
• Selected photographs must be registered by paying submission fees for each photo.
• The submitted photograph/s must be in JPEG or JPG format with at least 3000pixels on the longer side & minimum resolution of 300dpi.
• A participant can submit both color and Black & White (Monochrome) photos.
• Photograph/s with any watermark, logo and border will not be eligible for submission.
• The photograph must be the sole work of the entrant and must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit.
• Photo Renaming (very important):
Photographer’s Full Name_ Photo No _Caption_Phone No._Institution Name. Example: Mehedi Hasan_01 _Beautiful Bangladesh_ 0171*******_NSTU.
• If you are no longer affiliated with an institution, you can simply list ‘Freelancer’ as the institution name.
• Each participant can submit total maximum of 3 photos.
• Each photo can be maximum 6 MB in size.
If you are redirected from the facebook, the image renaming will be inbound. Please ensure to access and fill out the form using an external browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.
